Objective

The main objective of this course is to provide essential digital tools to help participants organize, communicate, and manage their businesses more efficiently and professionally.

Through the use of Google Workspace, the course aims to strengthen participants’ technological autonomy, collaborative skills, and both personal and business organization.

The program follows a practical approach, with virtual sessions that combine theoretical content with exercises tailored to each participant’s reality, promoting the effective adoption of digital tools in their daily routines.

Key tools will be introduced to improve productivity, facilitate collaboration with teams and clients, and maintain an organized record of relevant business information.

Specific objectives:

  • Learn the basic use of key Google Workspace applications.
  • Organize and store business information efficiently and securely.
  • Improve communication and planning with clients, teams, and suppliers.
  • Strengthen digital autonomy and build confidence in using technological tools.
  • Promote the strategic use of digital tools to optimize business management.

What you will learn:

  • Create, organize, and manage a Google account effectively.
  • Use Gmail, Drive, and Docs for more professional communication and documentation.
  • Manage data using Google Sheets, learning basic functions and useful formatting.
  • Create contact forms, surveys, or order forms using Google Forms.
  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and appointments using Google Calendar and Meet.

Duration:4 virtual sessions of 1 hour each. Total duration: 1 month.
